Program Co-Chairs Tracy Brown, MD, PhD and Paul Hanson, CNMT developed an excellent educational program directed toward nuclear medicine and radiology physicians, trainees, nuclear medicine technologists, educators, administrators, and scientists who actively participate in clinical or research activities in nuclear medicine. Global educational objectives included:
- Discuss applications of PET/CT in oncology, cardiology, and radiation therapy planning.
- Describe the important aspects of building successful patient care teams and nuclear medicine practices.
- Recognize the impact of the relationship between nuclear medicine and referring physicians on the delivery of conscientious health care
