Webinar Access Guidelines:
Head-to-Toe Nuclear Medicine Case-Based Resident Review

Live Virtual Course | May 9, 2026, starting at 7am US Central Time

Instructions for Enhancing Your Experience

  • Plan to login to this Zoom Webinar at 6:50 a.m. US Central Daylight-Saving Time in order to make sure that your computer/device is working well. The review begins at 7:00 a.m.

  • For the audio portion of the meeting, try to access this simply by your computer. If your computer does not support this, you may use a telephone to call in (numbers provided further below).

  • Attendees will only be able to ask questions through the Zoom Chat feature, and only when there is sufficient time remaining in a presentation (which is not likely).

  • To review the schedule for the day, browse https://swc-snmmi.org/2026-residency-review and scroll down the page a little bit.

  • IMPORTANT: DO NOT SHARE THE BELOW ZOOM INVITATION with anyone who has not paid (or been paid for). Our capacity for this meeting is limited, and we cannot have people attending who have not paid.

  • Responding to Speaker’s Questions
To respond to speaker questions, you will need to login to specific SlideLizard URLs/webpages. For this, we highly recommend using a second device, either: smartphone, tablet, or computer. We will have four separate SlideLizard URLs corresponding to each of the four sessions during the course.

Specific Guidance for Speakers

  • You will join as an attendee. Audio muted; no webcam.

  • Speakers will need to be promoted to what Zoom calls “panelists.” This will give them the ability to share their audio. We do not expect speakers to share their screen or webcam -- in fact, this capability is disabled.

  • To ease the process of upgrading you from attendee to panelist, we kindly ask you to login to the webinar 15 minutes (or more) before the start of your session. Please also select the little “raise hand” icon. This will help us locate you.

  • When you are “promoted” to Zoom Panelist, the system will automatically log you out and back in. This is a very brief process. Please don’t be alarmed when it happens.

  • When you are promoted, your microphone will be muted and your webcam will be off. Please don’t turn them on until requested. And remember: You will not actually be requested to turn on your webcam.

  • As a general rule, it is best to use headphones/earbuds and a microphone rather than your computer’s native microphone and speakers.

  • Once your presentation is complete, we will return you to attendee mode.
