Registration Instructions

1. Navigate to the Acadis Homepage: https://ctos.acadisonline.com/

2. Click the WebForms link, found under Resources.

3. Select New User Account Request and complete all required fields, including Applicant Certification.

   Note: To receive credit for this FEMA course, a valid Student Identification (SID) Number is required. Obtain your SID here: https://cdp.dhs.gov/femasid

4. Select Submit at the bottom of the page.

5. You will receive an email within 48 hours with your new LMS account information and a request to set up a password.

6. From the Acadis Home Page, go to Training and Events → Browse or Sign up for Training → Select PER-355-C, Radiation Instruments Employment – Custom and follow the LMS prompts to register.

For Non-U.S. Citizens
