How Will You participate?
On Wednesday, April 6, and Thursday, April 7, we will send you an email providing the access link to the meeting.
First, we will share your pre-recorded presentation. Attendees will watch your presentation and submit questions to for you to answer. Please be present during this time so you can monitor some of the questions and have answers ready.
For the live Q&A portion of your presentation, we will invite you up to the virtual platform. Once you accept the invitation you will share your microphone and camera and answer questions from the attendees. When the Q&A is over, we will return you to the general audience and the next presentation or break will continue.
We are offering two practice sessions on Wednesday, April 6:

Important Tips
Before the Annual Meeting or Demo
1. CREATE A REMO ACCOUNT
Using the email that you used to register, create a Remo account before the event. This allows you to immediately enter the event when it starts. Your Remo profile acts as a "digital business card" and completing your profile will optimize your networking experience with the other attendees.
2. CHECK YOUR COMPUTER AND NETWORK CAPABILITIES
It is better to resolve any issues before the meeting starts. To get the full experience of connecting with others, we recommend using a computer with a camera and microphone. Remo is NOT compatible with tablets and has limited capabilities on mobile devices.
We highly recommend acquiring headphones (preferably ones with a built-in microphone) before the meeting
It is important to make sure that your computer and your wifi network are compatible with Remo
Please Note: Speakers CAN NOT use a mobile phone to present on Remo. Please use either a LAPTOP or DESKTOP computer.

Here are some possible reasons your system check could fail:
You may need to update your browser.
Your computer's operating system may not be supported.
Firefox is NOT supported
Your institution may have a firewall that blocks the use of Remo, or some of Remo's features.
Please check your browser settings: Allow Remo access to pop-ups, notifications, microphone, and webcam
Also, pause or disable any ad blockers
During the Meeting
FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE, WE RECOMMEND FOLLOWING THESE STEPS:
Use headphones to reduce echoes and background noise (headphones with a microphone work best)
Close all other video applications, as well as memory-intensive programs (especially in Windows 10)
Close other windows and tabs in your browser
TO BEST NAVIGATE THE NETWORKING EXPERIENCE, WE RECOMMEND THESE TIPS:
Turn your microphone and camera on
Zoom out!
Use your mouse to zoom out to get the best view of the floor plan
Move around!
Double-click different tables to join your peers or corporate partners
You can navigate between floors using the elevator dial on the left side of your screen
