Please plan to join us for an exhibition opportunity at our October 7, 2017 Fall Technologist Meeting. 

Un-draped 8’ tabletops will be the Food & Beverage Area of the Shewmaker Center of the Northwest Arkansas Community College. Served in the Food & Beverage Area will be Breakfast, AM & PM Breaks, and Lunch. The exhibitor fee includes registration for two company attendees who may also participate in the educational sessions and enjoy the food and beverages.

EXHIBITION:
Cost: $1,000
Setup: 7:00-10:00 a.m.
Exhibit Opportunities: 7:30-8:00 a.m. (breakfast), 10:15-10:45 a.m. break, 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. lunch, and 2:30-3:00 p.m. break.

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES:
At times, companies prefer to sponsor food and/or beverages and not staff a booth. We can work with you to make this a good opportunity for exposure too by putting up signs, etc.

Anticipated Attendance: 65-80
