HOW TO VERIFY YOUR ATTENDANCE and GAIN VOICE CREDIT!
You must place the proper verification code in the appropriate cell of an online attendance verification form.
Speakers paused their presentations (near the beginning and end) to give two verification codes. You must include both verification codes in the appropriate cells of the online attendance verification form.
On November 6, the SWC office will provide all complete verification data to the National SNMMI. By November 15, the National SNMMI will send an email to you with instructions about how to complete an online evaluation to receive your CE credit. Any verification data received after November 6, will be sent to the National SNMMI by November 13; instruction emails to these late submitters should be received by November 22.
You will go to www.snmmilearningcenter.org and log in using your SNMMI number and password.
If you are not a member of SNMMI, you will be given an SNMMI number and a temporary password.
As soon as your evaluations are completed, a certificate is generated and available in your transcript.
After receiving the email, you will have 30 days to complete your evaluation and collect credit.
If you have questions, contact the SNMMI Education Department at education@snmmi.org.
For full details go to www.snmmilearningcenter.org under “Meeting Evaluations.”
Zoom Webinar Details
You will access the Virtual Meeting using Zoom.
Webinar access and guidance emails were sent on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. These emails included a Zoom Link, Webinar ID, and Webinar Passcode. Thank you for not sharing the Zoom link, ID, or Passcode with anyone.
If you did not receive the email with the Zoom link, Webinar ID and Webinar Passcode, and you are fully registered, please email Charles Metzger [cmetzger(at)swc-snmmi.org].
Your mic and video will be muted and turned off during the webinar. Contact with presenters and session chairs is encouraged by using the Q&A button. You will be able to “up-vote” questions you like, and after each presentation, the session chair will select items and ask them to the presenter, who will respond “live” using his/her web camera and microphone.
For a final, detailed schedule, browse the Final Program or Home page. Note all times are in Central Time. We strongly encourage you to join around 8:45 a.m. just to make sure that all your technology is functioning properly.
If your computer audio is not working, you may access the audio by using your phone, but you must make sure that you call-in using the correct webinar ID and passcode.
FOR THE BEST VIEWING EXPERIENCE
For optimal viewing, we suggest adjusting your viewing settings to Standard View and Full Screen. Once you have entered the conference, you can find these settings in the upper right corner of your web browser window.
Specific Guidance for Speakers and Moderators:
Access the meeting using the instructions above. You will join as an attendee.
Speakers and moderators will need to be promoted to what Zoom calls “panelists.” This will give them the ability to share their audio. Please be prepared to share your screen and webcam for the live Q&A portion of your presentation.
To ease the process of promoting you from attendee to panelist, we kindly ask you to log in to the webinar at least 15 minutes before your presentation. (i.e. If your session starts at 9:00 am, please join the webinar at 8:45 am.) This will help us avoid searching through all attendees present, and this will give you time to gather and answer questions from the Q&A as well. Please also select the little “raise hand” icon. This will help us locate you.
When you are “promoted” to Zoom Panelist, the system will automatically log you out and back in. This is a very brief process. Please don’t be alarmed when it happens.
When you are promoted, your microphone will be muted and your webcam will be off. Please don’t turn them on until requested (typically when the presentation ends and the Q&A portion starts).
As a general rule, it is best to use headphones/earbuds and a microphone rather than your computer’s native microphone and speakers.
Once the Q&A portion is complete, we will return you to attendee mode.
