Enhancing your experience

  • For audio, try to join through your computer. If that doesn't work, you can call in by phone (numbers below).
  • Ask questions using the Zoom Q&A button, not the chat. Submit them any time during a presentation. After each recorded talk ends, a moderator will read questions to the speaker during the live Q&A.
  • For the final session (Taylor Gillespie, 4:15 p.m.), there won't be a Q&A afterward. Taylor will answer your questions in the Q&A box while her presentation plays.
  • To review the day's schedule, visit the 2026 Fall Technologist Meeting page.

CE credit & attendance codes

  • Each presentation includes two 4-digit attendance codes. Please write them down as they appear.
  • You must attend each entire session to receive credit for it.
  • At the end of the day, submit all of your codes on the VOICE Attendance Verification form. The link and a QR code will also be shared in the Zoom chat at the end of the meeting.

Specific guidance for speakers

  • Your presentation has been pre-recorded and will be played by our host. After it ends, you'll join live for Q&A.
  • Please log in as an attendee at least 15 minutes before your session begins, and click the "raise hand" icon so we can find you.
  • We'll promote you to what Zoom calls a "panelist." When this happens, Zoom will briefly log you out and back in. Please don't be alarmed.
  • After you're promoted, your microphone will be muted and your webcam off. Please keep them that way while your video plays. When it ends, the moderator will invite you to turn on your microphone and webcam for Q&A.
  • It's best to use headphones or earbuds with a microphone rather than your computer's built-in speakers and microphone.
  • Once your Q&A is complete, we'll return you to attendee mode.
